Whitecap Construction is a family-owned general contracting company serving Saskatoon and surrounding communities. We bring dedicated craftsmanship and a genuine passion for renovations to every project, from targeted repairs to complete home transformations. Our business is helping you love your home. Whitecap Construction Ltd. at its core is a family-run business: a husband and wife team backed by a trusted group of trades we work with on every job.
On-site lead
Keenan is the multi-tool of the business. He is your guide throughout the project, managing tradespeople on the job and working with the tools himself. With over 8 years in home renovations and 10 years as an auto technician, he can quite literally fix anything.
Estimating & project planning
Monique is the wiz behind the computer. She builds your estimates and quotes, and researches materials and suppliers to get you the finishes you want while still getting the best bang for your buck. She also enjoys jumping on the jobsite for a change of pace. With over 10 years of production and manufacturing experience, she loves efficient systems that work for everyone.

We develop a detailed scope, material selections, and transparent quote. At this stage we incorporate our designer if desired and finalize all the fun parts like materials, paint colours, and the overall look and feel you want to achieve. You'll know exactly what you're getting before moving forward with a contract and deposit.
